Dartmoor

I’m an Escapaholic

Hi I am Tom Finchett

ESCAPAHOLICS Dartmoor – The challenge will take a route across this wild piece of the west county, between Ivybridge in the south and Okehampton in the north, crossing the moor over two days. Hone your map reading and orienteering skills as well as surviving the wilds.

Missing the escapaholic challenges? Too lazy to walk? We can throw in some pot holing and abseiling….together with day walks and team building.

Dartmoor has been an Escapaholics playground for many years. There are few places in southern Britain where you really can escape. This is wild country, swirling mists, craggy tours and treacherous bogs. Its not just about escaping, its about survival skills.

From leadership training, to day walks, to overnight wild camping or a weekend expeditions across the moor – we can tailor a trip to suit you.

Your Escapaholic Dartmoor expedition might include:

🕓    Sample Itinerary

A relaxed start, enjoying a local hotel on the edge of the moor with a social evening, briefing and map reading exercise.

After a full breakfast travel to the moor edge. Guests to take own day sack, wet weather gear, compass, map and emergency rations. Escapaholics will provide you with a tasty packed lunch and rations for the trek.
